It seems that Heritage Research has started its own webstore and with it, an exclusive range of gear that's only available directly from the company online. One such design are these 1950s-style Ivy League Pocket Shorts.

The shorts are made from British Tweed wool with a RiRi zipper, military spec bellows side pocket and fully lined with cotton cambric. They're actually based on the late 1950s style tapered shorts popularised by Jack Kennedy when he was photographed wearing them while aboard his yacht, the Manitou. Soon after, they became staple fashion on every Ivy League college campus and a symbol of preppy style.
