Adidas x United Arrows Rod Laver Vintage trainers now available in the UK

We actually flagged this up a while back, presuming it would stay in its native Japan. But it seems that some stock of the Adidas x United Arrows Rod Laver Vintage trainers have made it to the UK.

It's a new take on the Rod Laver tennis shoe in conjunction with Japanese luxury retailer United Arrows, probably a controversial one too, but likely to be a good bet for the summer.

The breathable mesh uppers have been given a premium overhaul, with leather and nubuck toe and heel panels, with an espadrille-style woven midsole now added, along with a partial leather lining. A vintage Adidas label and cork insole finish things off.

Available in 'extremely limited numbers', a pair retails for £79.
